Duke CE and Visa have jointly designed and developed an exciting program to enable senior policy makers from ASEAN countries to understand the emerging trends and changing business models, driven by innovations in the payment space. The key themes in the program include: the emerging context of the payments industry globally and regionally; key industry game-changers including fintech innovations and disruptions; risk and security; inter-agency collaboration; and implications for regulation and policy making.
Stanford Graduate School of Business
The Visa SAFEA program, now in its 8th year, continues to offer Chinese government officials a learning experience unsurpassed in our industry. The program is a unique combination of academic content, taught at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, complimented with visits by state and federal government departments in California and Washington, D.C., organized by Meridian International Center. The result is a well-rounded, robust curriculum that provides tremendous knowledge acquisition for our delegates. Since 2009, approximately 100 Chinese Government officials have attended this program.

Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
Visa held the 3rd annual Senior Executives Program from 19-21 August 2015 at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. We hosted 31 delegates from the ten ASEAN countries at the program, which ran under the theme of "The Future of Payments for a More Inclusive Economy". Since inception in 2013, 85 government officials have participated in this program.
